By skillfully curating the ideal conditions, healthy hormones emerge naturally. Our physiology is ever orienting towards health and harmony; All we need to do is remove barriers, build a healthy foundation and stimulate our natural capacity to heal.

She gives so generously, and yet we often forget to thank her; to acknowledge her as the treasure trove which all life flows. We would not exist if it was not for the earth. Our healing is her healing.

As we find the convergence of masculine and feminine energies within ourselves, the world we live in will find such balance too. We open ourselves to the possibility that we can can hold both these energies simultaneously, and we no longer reach outwardly yearning for something we feel we lack. In our harmonious internal unity we conceive the conditions to birth the highest human expression that has been prophesied since time immemorial.
